This mini-symposium on informal physics education (also known as public engagement in physics) is hosted by the Joint Network for Informal Physics Education and Research (JNIPER). The session will feature invited speakers exploring the theme of partnership in public engagement. They will report on successful public engagement programs, how they have navigated challenges, resources they have developed, and their research findings on the impact of public engagement activities.
